Bank GPB International S.A. acted as a Lead Manager and Bookrunner for a new USD Eurobond issue of “Holding Company Metalloinvest” JSC in the amount of USD 650 million with a 7Y tenor and a 3.375% coupon. Listing – on Euronext Dublin (GEM).
Despite worsening market conditions and ongoing increased volatility, the issue of Metalloinvest was a highly successful placement of the Russian metals & mining company on global Eurobond markets.
