This year Viktor Sergeev, Deputy Head of Collateral Management, Bank GPB International S.A., together with a representative of the Economic Forecasting Centre, Gazprombank JSC, presented an internal research paper “Economically justified rates of transhipments. Myth or reality?” at the “Argus Transportation and Logistics of Bulk Cargoes 2018” conference held on 31st of May and 1st of June in Gelendzhik/Taman, Russia.
The topic presented by the experts generated lively discussion among delegates. The conference was arranged by Global energy and commodity price reporting agency “Argus”, and was attended this year by over 120 delegates from Russia, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, China, the UK and the UAE.
