Shareholder and Capital Structure

The sole shareholder of the Bank is Gazprombank (Joint-stock Company), Moscow, Russia.
The authorized and fully paid subscribed capital of the Bank amounts to EUR 130,000,000. The Bank share capital comprised 130,000 registered shares with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each amounting to a total of EUR 130,000,000.
