Executive General Directorate
The Executive General Directorate (GD) is composed of two or more members (General Directors), appointed by the BoD, who can be members of the Board, and entrusted by the Board with powers to conduct the daily management of the Bank as well as the representation of the bank in relation to such management in accordance with article 60 of the Law of 10 August 1915 on Commercial Companies.The GD is responsible for the implementation of the business policy and strategy and ensures the execution of the resolutions of the Board.
The responsibilities and powers of the governing bodies are defined in the Organizational Guidelines and Regulations.
