The Bank, as a part of Gazprombank Group, offers services in arranging and placing initial primary offers (IPOs) and secondary primary offers (SPOs).
IPO services provided by the Bank:
- Full support and arrangement of the whole transaction;
- Placement among the broad Russian and foreign investor base;
- Listing on Russian and international stock exchanges;
- Substantial pre-marketing efforts and road shows to support placement.
The Bank can act as both sole financial manager and underwriter of IPOs, providing issuers with additional guarantees for successful placement.
