Bank GPB International S.A. is able to issue Import Letters of Credit or Guarantees and offer a credit line to importers of goods and/or services to cover their payment obligations, subject to credit approval.

A Deferred Payment Letter of Credit can also be used as a convenient way of obtaining “post-import” financing: the exporter receives the sale proceeds upon shipment of the goods, while the importer pays at a later date.

The bank is able to provide its clients with tailor made solutions that use various trade finance instruments to facilitate their imports.
