Marketing Manager (CDD 12 months contract)

Your responsibilities


The Employee’s duties will notably include, but will not be limited to the performance of the following tasks:
Full support to the Bank in part of Marketing, PR & Internal Communications and proactive contribution in regular and “ad-hoc” tasks and assignments:
  • Update of existing policies and procedures, based on current organisational needs. To be compliant with latest Marketing, PR & Internal Communications procedures;
  • Budget planning, monitoring and timely reporting to the Management;
  • Be in charge of the Bank’s Brand Identity;
  • Communication materials design, update and publication;
  • Support of various department in external presentations development and design;
  • Organisation of cultural & corporate, events for the employees of the Bank, clients and external guests;
  • Organisation of team building and educational events in cooperation with HR department; 
  • Preparation of the Bank’s press releases;
  • Support and update of the Bank’s Linked In page;
  • Support and content update of Bank’s website, including news publication;
  • Managing Bank’s membership in different associations;
  • Design, development and production of corporate gifts for clients & employees;
  • Leading Annual Year End Greeting Campaign;
  • Development and issuing Internal Communications of the Bank;
  • Preparation of various statistics reporting over Marketing & PR& Int. Communication activities and regular reporting to the Management;
  • Keeping track of new guidelines and regulations related the Marketing & PR& Int. Communication business and monitor changes together with Head of Legal Department


Your profile


  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Between 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
  • Good communication and organization skills;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Teamwork spirit;
  • PC literacy;
  • Native level of Russian, fluency in English. Any other language will be considered as an asset.
